Get Out My Way, Pimpin (part 1)

“Christians, like slaves and soldiers, ask no questions”
-Jerry Falwell

May 15, 2007

Jerry Falwell was found unresponsive by Ron Godwin, Liberty University's executive vice president, around 10:45 am ET. He was taken to Lynchburg General Hospital where "CPR efforts were unsuccessful". As of 2:10 pm ET, during a live press conference, a doctor for the hospital confirmed that Falwell had died of "cardiac arrhythmia, or sudden cardiac death". Godwin had eaten breakfast with Falwell earlier and stated that he seemed "fine, business as usual."

Falwell, a controversial minister, suffered from two health conditions in 2005, and had a history of heart illness. Falwell was a leader of the Christian right and was perhaps most well-known for his controversial claims against "liberals", homosexuals, and Muslims.

Mosh Hourz

In late March of 2007, Mosh Hourz was born. Look for an album to drop Nevuary 31st.

I made these in April of 2007. Originally they were all going to be with the high five stage dive picture, as it is one of my favorite hardcore shots ever, but someone (MikeFord) complained until they got their way, so after that every one was customized. Obviously, mine is high fives and stage dives. Ben's is anti-treaty IRA agents walking in Dublin in 1922, and Mike's a shot of him headwalking of which he is quite proud (photo credit Lisa Hrichison). All three made using photoshop and illustrator. I use illustrator probably more than I have to, but I feel like I have more control over type in illustrator than photoshop.
